• Enable candidates to develop the knowledge, skills and techniques required to maintain trainee safety in height-related learning situations and provide good quality training experiences



• Verify the candidates’ abilities to maintain both the safety of others as they learn safety-critical techniques at height and provide effective training experiences.

The Work at Height Trainer Standard^TM is designed to develop instructional abilities and then provide a verifiable evaluation to confirm that the trainer is safe to train others at height in the Equipment Class stated on the certificate.
